Shipping/Pick-Up Policy
General Policy
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and sent for shipping. Shipping times vary on your location and the shipping option chosen.
Once an item has been shipped through any of our shipping options, Area709 is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Area709 will not send a replacement order should your order be lost or damaged in delivery. Area709 also not responsible for the validity of the shipping information supplied; should you enter your information incorrectly and your package does not arrive.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at all times to ensure proper shipment.
Customs and Duty
We are not responsible for any shipments that are subject to extra customs and duty charges.
Shipping with Canada Post
If you choose to ship with Canada Post, regular service, please be aware that no tracking number will be generated and that you cannot track your package.
Shipping with Canada Post – Expedited
This option is more in price however it comes with a tracking number for tracking your package.
Shipping with UPS
This option is the most expensive, but ensures the fastest delivery with a tracking number.
Pick Up Orders
If you live or are visiting the city of Calgary, Canada you may pick up your order from the Area709 office located in downtown Calgary. Please contact us upon ordering to schedule a specific pick-up time. Our office is open 9-5, Monday to Friday, however maybe temporary unavailable from time to time due to meetings and other company engagements.
